1991	'Making TOMBO Spread (enthusiasts, production) Group' was found. TOMBO is the earliest motorcycle made by Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd.
1992	Changing of the group name to 'A group helps coexistence of citizens and vehicles.' Several events such as noncombustible garbage picking along the Tenryu River, 8 hr. Suzuka endurance race, motorcycle school for children.
1995	'Bike Volunteer Network' was found as a response to Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake.
